Tai Chi Chuan aims to achieve mental and physical harmony and restore the correct function of the body’s internal organs. In practice, we primarily focus on coordinating breathing with correct postures and movements. This improves concentration, breathing, and the connection between body and mind. We teach the traditional Taolu form and various combat techniques. With Tai Chi Chuan, you enhance your health while combining it with self-realization.
